Here are some answers to the questions you might have about our ceremony and reception.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Please dress accordingly! If you need a reference/inspiration on what our dress code will be like, please find it linked on our ceremony or reception page under 'Dress Code'.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, July 10th so that we can finalize details with our venue and vendors.

Can I bring a guest?

At this time, we’re only able to accommodate guests that are listed on your invitation. When RSVPing, you can send an individual form for each person from your invited group to ensure their attendance, meal preferences, and dietary needs are met.

Can I bring my children?

Due to space and planning limitations, we are only able to include the children named on each invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking available on-site?

Absolutely! Liuna Station has two parking lots: one on the main level (Grand Central) and the other on the lower level where our reception will be held (King George).

Overnight parking is permitted on the premises, but we do ask that you make travel arrangements beforehand if you are planning to consume alcohol.

Where should I go when I arrive to the ceremony?

Please make sure you are entering through the front doors on the main level. A picture of the doors to the main entrance can be found on our ceremony page.

Reserved seating by the podium is meant for the bride and groom's immediate family and bridal party. Non-reserved seats are not designated, so we ask that you pick a seat, not a side :)

What happens after the ceremony?

Following our group photo at the front of the building, join us for our cocktail hour to enjoy some snacks and drinks at the bar. If you're attending our reception, we are expected to begin dinner service at 6.

what time will the event end?

Our ceremony is expected to end at 4PM (We hope you can stay for our big group photo afterwards!). Our reception ends at 9pm, with dancing until 12AM.

Are there hotel accomodations nearby?

While we don’t have a hotel block reserved, there are many great accommodation options nearby. We recommend looking in Stoney Creek, Ancaster, or Burlington, all within a 15–20 minute drive of our venue.
